The health and safety of our team and customers is and always will be of utmost importance to us.
Our business has adapted to Coronavirus by adapting in the following ways:
- Orders are being shipped daily, Monday-Friday. We are closed Bank Holidays and Weekends
- Our same day despatch order cut-off time is 12pm
- We have replaced our phone support with a more efficient electronic support system
- All support is being provided by email, this includes new order enquiries and assistance surrounding orders already placed. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 busines hours (typically faster)
- Click and Collect is currently operational (Click Here for Click and Collect availability). Click and Collect may be suspended at short notice and operates in line with any Government guidelines that are applicable

Are you still open and shipping orders?
Yes! We are still open, shipping previous orders and accepting new orders. All orders must be placed via our website. We cannot take orders via the phone.
How can I contact you about an order I have placed, or about a new order? Can I call you?
Please email our team with your enquiry, or leave us a message on the instant messenger chat on our website. We aim to respond to each enquiry within 24 hours. As always, we expect our customers to treat our colleagues with the respect that they deserve. We ask that your contact is representative of how you would like to be treated yourself. We ask that you are patient and polite in all correspondence, our team are doing the best they can to help you as quickly as they can.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Unfortunately not, all orders must be placed via our website.
I have a query about an order I wish to place, but cannot contact you for immediate advice as I want to order right away, what should I do?
