Greatest Showman Decor | St Georges Park | Burton on Trent

The Brief

Our client BDO Accountants LLP contacted the Party Save Smile regarding an upcoming Corporate event for around 300 guests. With the theme to be based on 'The Greatest Showman' film. We were asked to recommend suitable Balloon Table Decor and other relevent Balloons for the event. After a couple of phone conversations, our team put together a concept table centrepiece, coupled with additional themed decor to tie in with the theme. The client required the decor to be set up on site at the Hilton Hotel at St Georges Park, Burton on Trent, which is also the home of the FA and England Football teams.

Work Undertaken

Our team created a concept on theme Balloon Table Centrepiece, demonstrating this to the customer as a mock up design. Once the final design was agreed upon, our team installed 27 uniform Balloon Table Centrpieces, working to a tight deadline on the day of the Corporate Event. Using absolutely stunning Chrome Latex Balloons together with gorgeous Orbz top balloons, the table centrepieces certainly added an on theme wow-factor. We even themed the balloon weights, making them Top Hats, befitting of the Greatest Showman himself. In addition to the table centrepiece balloons, our team supplied animal balloons with collars - giving each animal a Bow-Tie, perfect again for the theme and the Corporate Occasion.
