Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, except where these days fall on UK Bank Holidays.

We do not despatch orders on Saturday, Sunday.

The date of despatch of orders containing inflated balloons is determined by your preferred delivery date and the delivery method chosen. The despatch day for these products is outlined under each delivery method.

For orders that do not contain inflated balloons, we aim to ship your order same working day when it is placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday).
