Girls 4th Birthday Party, Coalville

The Brief

Our customer visited our Showroom with a requirement for party decorations for their daughters Ballerina Themed Birthday party. Not able to stick items to the walls or ceiling at the venue, they were unsure where to start or what to do. The pre-requisites were that the party food tables were decorated and that it was their daughters 4th Birthday. The decorations needed to be easy to put in place due to only having access to the venue 15 minutes prior to the event. The customer had a limited budget and was not sure of what theme was required.

Work Undertaken

Mindful of the inability to attach decoration to the walls and ceiling and the customers budget our team quickly established that balloon decorations would be perfect for the occasion! They would be ready made for the customer to collect prior to the event and simply place where they were required at the venue, furthermore they met the customers budget too.

After a consultation, our team suggested some options for themes and it was established that the customers daughter enjoyed Ballet. For this reason we made the table centrepieces required using a Ballerina Balloon and some colour co-ordinating balloons that tied in perfectly with the Ballerina Balloon chosen by the customer. To top this off we added a colour co-ordinated large number 4 shaped balloon!

Simplicity and co-ordination are very powerful in achieving a great result and the customer was delighted when they collected the items ahead of the party!
