Frequently asked questions

Which colours do the letter balloons come in?
Blue is available for every letter from A to Z, and most letters also come in gold and rose gold. There is a pink letter B too.
What options are there for each letter?
Each letter can be ordered as a giant letter on its own, or as a giant letter with 3 balloons to make a fuller display.
How do I spell out a name?
Each letter is a separate product, so add one of each letter you need to your basket, for example M, U and M for MUM.
Can I personalise a letter balloon?
Yes, the letter balloons are personalisable, so you can add a name or short message, with personalisation from £5. A gift message can be added as well.
Can I buy letter balloons flat to inflate myself?
Yes. Our shaped letter balloons are sent flat for you to fill with air or helium, which suits you if you'd rather inflate them on the day.
