Delivery to London

Order by 1pm Monday to Friday and we despatch the same day for delivery the next working day. Saturday delivery is available at checkout. You can also choose a later date on the product page and we'll time it to arrive then.

We deliver to every London postcode: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC in central London, and BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW and UB across outer London. Balloons travel by tracked Royal Mail or DPD, so you can follow the delivery.

Tips for sending balloons in London

  • Sending to an office? Add the company name, floor and recipient's name so reception or the post room can pass it on.
  • For flats, include the flat number and building name so the courier reaches the right door.
  • Sending to a hospital? Check the hospital's delivery rules first. Parcels usually go to the main reception rather than a ward, and some wards don't allow latex balloons, so a foil or bubble balloon is the safer choice.
  • Planning around a birthday or event? Choose your date on the product page; we recommend the day before you need the balloons.

Balloon delivery in London: your questions

Do you deliver balloons to all of London?
Yes. We deliver to every London postcode, central and outer, from E and EC to TW and UB, by tracked courier.
When do I need to order for next-day balloon delivery in London?
Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day. Saturday delivery is available at checkout. We don't deliver on Sundays.
Can I send balloons to a London office or hospital?
For offices, add the company name and floor to the address so reception can pass it on. For hospitals, check the hospital's delivery rules first: a parcel is unlikely to be taken to a ward or bedside, so ask who can collect it from reception.
Will the balloons arrive inflated?
Yes. Every balloon is filled with helium and packed in a box with ribbon and a weight attached, ready to float out when the box is opened.
How long will the balloons float?
Up to 14 days, depending on the balloon type. Our float-time guide gives the figures for each type.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Add a gift message at checkout, and many of our balloons can be personalised with a name or message printed on the balloon.
