Frequently asked questions

How big are the disco ball balloons?
The Disco Ball foil balloons are 22 inches and arrive inflated with helium, tied to ribbon and a weight. You can choose 1, 3 or 5 balloons.
What is inside the New Year bubble balloons?
Both are clear bubble balloons: the star design has gold and silver balloons inside, and the Silver and Gold design has a gold confetti print with gold balloons inside. Each can be personalised, from £5.
How many Happy New Year dots balloons can I order?
The Happy New Year metallic dots balloon comes as 1, 3, 5, 7 or 9 balloons in a box, so it works as a gift or a table centrepiece.
Can I buy New Year balloons flat to inflate myself?
Yes. Our New Year balloons are sent flat for you to fill with air or helium before the party.
How quickly will my balloons be sent?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, and next day delivery can be chosen at checkout.
