We despatch all orders placed before 3pm same working day Monday-Friday (not including Bank Holidays). All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, and after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday, in the event this is a Bank Holiday, your order will be despatched the next working day.

All items are delivered via Royal Mail or DPD. Please select the delivery service that best suits your requirements at checkout. Only will you be Guaranteed to receive an item on a specified date when you choose a Guaranteed delivery service.

We reserve the right to upgrade your order to be delivered by a faster or equivalent service with an alternative courier.

The Royal Mail aims to deliver orders sent via Standard Delivery, Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 within the estimated delivery timeframe for the respective service. This estimated delivery timeframe is not a Guaranteed delivery window. We do not offer refunds for early or late delivery of any order that is sent via these services. We strongly recommend urgent orders or orders required on a specified date are placed with a Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD delivery to ensure they arrive on time.

For orders sent via Royal Mail, unless you select a timed delivery service your order could arrive between 6am and 6pm. For orders sent via DPD your order will typically arrive anytime between 8am and 9pm, DPD will notify you via text and email of a one hour delivery window on the day they are due to deliver you order (please ensure you leave these details accurately at checkout, otherwise you will not receive this notification).

Yes, please ensure that you choose a Premium or 1 Day Delivery Service. While our couriers do their best and have a great record for delivering on the day you choose, this is not something they guarantee. We recommend choosing the day before you need the items.

If your specified date is a Saturday, you will need to select a Saturday Guaranteed delivery service. Please ensure that at checkout you leave a message with the specific date for delivery in the Order/Balloon Instructions box so that our team are aware of your requirement.

We understand that times do arise when an order is no longer required and for this reason we are happy to cancel an order that has been placed with us. Where an order has been placed and the order has not yet been shipped by our team, you may give us notice of this in writing by email or via our contact us page (not via our chat messenger). In addition to doing this we also recommend contact us by phone to ensure your email has been received. We cannot accept order cancellations solely by telephone. This depends on the item you have ordered. If your balloon is supplied inflated, it will be stated in the product description. Unless the description states that the balloon is delivered inflated, then your chosen balloons will not be delivered inflated. If you have seen a balloon that is not supplied inflated, but would like it delivered inflated, please feel free to contact our team who will be happy to advise you if this is possible. It is likely that the design you have seen is available already as a Balloon in a Box here.
