Delivery to Hereford

Order by 1pm Monday to Friday and your order can be collected by the courier on that same afternoon for delivery the next working day. Saturday delivery is available at checkout.
You can also choose a date on the product page and we’ll prepare your balloons to send for it; we recommend choosing the day before you need them.

We deliver to every Hereford postcode, including the city centre and Tupsley (HR1), Belmont, Hunderton and Newton Farm (HR2) and Holmer, Bobblestock and Credenhill (HR4), plus the villages of Herefordshire.

Tips for sending balloons in Hereford

  • Sending to Hereford County Hospital? Check the hospital's delivery rules first. Parcels usually go to the main reception rather than a ward, and some wards don't allow latex balloons, so a foil or bubble balloon is the safer choice.
  • Sending to a village in Herefordshire? Include the village name as well as Hereford, as many rural addresses share HR postcodes.
  • For flats, include the flat number and building name so the courier reaches the right door.
  • Choose your date on the product page; we recommend the day before you need the balloons.

Balloon delivery in Hereford: your questions

Do you deliver balloons across Hereford?
Yes. We deliver to every address in Hereford, from the city centre to Tupsley, Belmont, Holmer and Credenhill, by tracked courier.
How quickly can balloons reach Hereford?
Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day. Saturday delivery is available at checkout. We don't deliver on Sundays.
Can I send balloons to Hereford County Hospital?
Yes, but check the hospital's rules first. Parcels usually go to the main reception rather than a ward, and some wards don't accept latex, so choose a foil or bubble balloon.
Will the balloons arrive inflated?
Yes. Every balloon is filled with helium and packed in a box with ribbon and a weight attached, ready to float out when the box is opened.
How long will the balloons float?
Foil balloons usually float for 3 to 5 days indoors, often up to a week; large foil and number balloons last 5 to 7 days or more, and bubble balloons up to 2 weeks. Our float-time guide has the detail for each type.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Add a gift message to any order at checkout, and many of our balloons can carry a printed name or message, from £5.
