Frequently asked questions

Is there an octopus shaped balloon here?
Right now this page shows two blue balloon garland kits rather than an octopus balloon. For sea creature balloons, try our dolphin balloons or turtle balloon.
What is in the Baby Blue Balloon Garland kit?
It has pastel blue and white 5 inch balloons, pastel blue, white and pearl pastel blue 11 inch balloons, 8 clear confetti filled 11 inch balloons and 2 white 14 inch balloons, plus balloon tape and double sided tape.
Do the garland kits come ready made?
No. All the balloons are supplied flat, so you'll need to inflate them and build the garland yourself using the tape included.
Where could I use a blue balloon garland?
They work well framing a doorway or entrance. The blue, white and silver kit also suits a christening as well as an ocean party.
