Ordering Delivery Advice

We Recommend Choosing a Fast Delivery Option.

Please note, we cannot ship inflated balloons outside of the UK.

Balloon Care

We want to help you enjoy your balloons safely. Here are some top tips to help you care for your balloons that will help ensure they can bring you the most joy possible.

  • Open Box ASAP

Open the box on arrival. Balloons left in the box will deflate quicker.

  • Avoid Cutting the Box

Do not open the box with a sharp object like scissors or a knife.

  • Handle Balloons with Care

Carefully unbox and remove the balloons. Keep them away from sharp surfaces, pets and spiky plants.

  • Adult Supervision

Balloons are not toys! Don't let kids tug on ribbons as it can damage the balloon and valve.

  • Temperature

Room temperature is ideal. Keep your balloons out of hot rooms, cold spaces and direct sunlight.

  • Heat Sources & Naked Flames

Keep balloons away from naked flames & heat sources such as candles, fire places and radiators.

  • Don't Inhale Helium

Inhaling helium can be deadly. Please don't do it.
